We do not offer exchanges or returns since our products are fully customized to individual body measurements. We check every product three times before delivery to ensure you receive the correct size and a non-damaged product. You are responsible for the size you choose, as the product is stitched with proper measurements.
Exception: We will offer an exchange if the issue is related to fabric damage or a defect caused by our end. The item must be unused, with all original tags attached, and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The delivery we provide is not through any E-Commerce platform (E.g: Amazon, Flipkart). Delivery is handled by city-specific delivery services. We ensure your delivery reaches you on time and a tracking link is provided to all customers.

Since our products are fully customized, orders typically take 5-7 days for creation and stitching, plus 2-4 days for transit. Once your order ships, we'll send you the tracking details immediately. Do you have a specific date you need your outfit by? If so, you can tell us the date you want your product by, and we'll deliver the product to you by the given date.
We accept various payment methods including UPI, Bank Transfer, and Credit/Debit cards. All payments are processed securely. We require full payment before we begin the customization process.
After placing your order, we'll contact you via Instagram or email with detailed instructions on how to take your measurements. We provide a measurement guide with pictures to ensure accuracy. For best results, we recommend having someone help you take measurements.
